ESR Group plans Rs 360-cr Logistic Park in Odisha Breakthrough

ESR Group, Logistic a Hong Kong-based Asia Pacific Company, plans to invest Rs 360 crore in Odisha’s coastal state for the construction of the state-of-the-art ESR Cuttack Park, covering 1.2 million sq. ft. ESR Group, a prominent Asia-Pacific asset manager, has marked a significant milestone in its geographic expansion by entering Odisha with its ambitious ESR Cuttack Park project. This venture unfolds over 57 acres in Cuttack, where ESR has committed approximately ₹360 crore to develop a Grade-A, institutional-grade facility with a total buildable area of 1.2 million square feet, signaling a strong vote of confidence in the region’s growth potential Strategically positioned in North Cuttack, the site offers robust connectivity via major highways NH-55 and NH-16.
